We are looking for a Marketing Executive to support the execution of marketing initiatives across our portfolio of hospitality brands.

This is a hands-on role for someone who is organised, proactive, commercially aware and interested in building consumer brands. You will work closely with the marketing and operations teams to execute campaigns, partnerships, activations and other marketing initiatives across our brands.

What You'll Do
Marketing Campaigns
Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across our hospitality brands.
Coordinate campaign requirements across internal teams, agencies, vendors and other partners.
Assist with campaign timelines, budgets, deliverables and execution.
Support marketing initiatives around recent launches, promotions, festivals, special occasions and key business moments.
Track campaign execution and ensure all deliverables are completed on time.
Brand & Marketing Collateral
Coordinate the development and production of marketing collaterals such as menus, flyers, standees, in-store materials, promotional assets and other brand communication.




Work with design and creative partners to ensure assets are delivered as per requirements.
Maintain brand consistency across physical and customer-facing marketing touchpoints.
Coordinate printing, production and distribution of marketing materials when required.
Events & Activations
Assist in planning and executing events, launches, pop-ups, collaborations and brand activations.
Coordinate with venues, vendors, partners and internal teams.
Support on-ground execution and ensure smooth delivery of marketing activities.
Assist with post-event reporting and documentation.
Partnerships & Collaborations
Research and identify relevant brands, businesses, communities and organisations for potential collaborations.
Assist in developing and executing brand partnerships.
Coordinate with partners on timelines, deliverables and execution.
Maintain a database of potential and existing partners.
