Role Purpose

The Team Leader – Retail Store will be responsible for managing day-to-day store operations, leading the store team, ensuring excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring adherence to company policies and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

Store Operations
Manage daily retail store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
Ensure proper opening and closing of the store as per SOP.
Maintain store hygiene, visual merchandising, and product availability.
Ensure compliance with company processes, policies, and operational standards.
Team Management
Lead, guide,



and motivate store team members.
Allocate daily responsibilities and monitor team productivity.
Conduct regular team briefings and communicate business priorities.
Support onboarding and training of new team members.
Monitor attendance, punctuality, grooming, and discipline.
Sales & Business Performance
Drive daily, weekly, and monthly store sales targets.
Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Promote products, schemes, offers, and cross-selling opportunities.
Track key store KPIs and take corrective actions to improve performance.
Support the Store Manager in achieving business objectives.
Customer Experience
Ensure a positive and consistent customer experience.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations professionally.
Ensure quick resolution of customer issues.
Build solid relationships with regular customers and the local community.
