Key Responsiblities:

Student Lead Generation
Generate qualified leads from schools, colleges, coaching centres, education consultants and other student networks.
Conduct field visits and promotional activities to generate enquiries.
Build and maintain a solid database of prospective students and parents.
Generate leads through referrals, networking, social media and local outreach.
2.Sales & Admissions
Promote and sell Accentrex Global's academic programmes to prospective students.
Contact leads through calls, WhatsApp and face-to-face meetings.
Explain programme structure, eligibility, duration, career opportunities, admission process and available benefits.
Follow up consistently with prospective students and parents until conversion.
Achieve monthly admission and sales targets.
3.Student Counselling
Understand students' educational background, interests and career aspirations.




Recommend suitable programmes based on the student's profile.
Conduct one-to-one counselling sessions and assist students in making informed programme choices.
Coordinate with the admissions team for application and admission formalities.
4..Institutional & Corporate Outreach
Establish relationships with schools, colleges, coaching institutes and education counselling centres.
Coordinate seminars, career counselling sessions, presentations and student engagement activities.
Develop referral and partnership opportunities with relevant institutions and local organisations.
5.Marketing & Promotion
Support offline and online marketing campaigns.
Promote programmes through social media, WhatsApp campaigns, events, seminars and local promotional activities.
Participate in education fairs, career events, exhibitions and admission drives.
Collect market feedback and identify new opportunities for student acquisition.
