Roles & Responsibilities

Support customer program management activities and ensure timely execution of customer requirements.
Track production and project schedules and provide regular status updates.
Monitor project milestones, key deliverables and action items for timely closure.
Coordinate with Production, Planning, Engineering, Quality, SCM and other cross-functional teams.
Support customer OTD (On-Time Delivery) monitoring and highlight potential delivery risks.
Monitor schedule adherence against the approved production/project plan.
Track open issues, risks and dependencies and follow up with respective owners for closure.
Support escalation management by identifying delays and escalating issues to the appropriate level.
Prepare and maintain daily/weekly program status reports and dashboards.
Follow up on customer commitments, changes and priority requirements.
Maintain program documentation, trackers, MOMs and action closure records.
Support program reviews and ensure timely communication of status, risks and deviations to stakeholders.
