Our flagship product, Enjo.ai, helps large enterprises automate employee and customer support using AI.

The Role
Troopr is hiring an AI-First Video Editor who goes beyond traditional editing. This is a high-ownership creative role where you will produce product, marketing, demo, and social videos end-to-end while aggressively leveraging AI tools across the creation lifecycle. You will use AI to accelerate video generation, animation, editing, and iteration, and combine it with programmatic, code-driven video tools like Remotion. We are looking for someone who treats AI as a core creative tool, not just an occasional assistant.

What You'll Do
Create polished product, marketing, demo, and social videos from scripts, product concepts, and rough ideas.
Use AI tools to accelerate video generation,



editing, animation, and iteration across the production pipeline.
Build programmatic videos and motion graphics using tools like Remotion.
Work with Hyperframes, Claude Code, and other emerging AI video tools to speed up production.
Apply strong storytelling instincts to pacing, typography, transitions, and product narrative.
Experiment continuously with new AI video workflows to improve production speed and quality.
Take a video from idea to finished, publish-ready output with minimal supervision.

What We're Looking For
Solid video editing and visual storytelling skills.
Hands-on experience with modern AI video generation/editing tools.
Comfort with Remotion, HTML/CSS/JavaScript, or a willingness to work extensively with AI coding tools.
A good eye for motion, typography, pacing, transitions, and product storytelling.
Ability to work independently from idea to finished video.
A portfolio
