Senior Solution Architect

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Solution Architect with strong presales and solutioning expertise to drive customer engagements, shape winning technology solutions, and support strategic business growth. This role requires a blend of technical leadership, customer-facing consulting skills, and deep hands-on experience in Java and/or .NET technologies.
As part of the AI Productivity Center of Excellence (COE), you will play a key role in incorporating modern engineering practices, including AI-enabled and Agentic SDLC approaches, into customer solutions and digital transformation initiatives. You will work closely with sales, delivery, engineering, and customer stakeholders to define cutting-edge, scalable, and business-aligned technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Presales & Solutioning
Partner with Sales, Business Development, and Delivery teams to qualify opportunities and define winning solution strategies.
Lead customer discovery sessions, technical workshops, solution presentations,



and executive-level discussions.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable, practical, and cost-effective technology solutions.
Develop solution proposals, effort estimates, Statements of Work (SOW), architecture documents, and responses to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs.
Support pursuit planning, solution positioning, and competitive differentiation during customer engagements.
Act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the sales lifecycle.

Solution Architecture & Technical Leadership
Design end-to-end enterprise solutions using Java and/or .NET technology stacks, cloud platforms, APIs, microservices, and modern application architectures.
Define architecture blueprints, integration strategies, application modernization roadmaps, and technology recommendations.
Ensure solutions align with customer objectives, scalability requirements, security standards, and operational needs.
