The Regional Contracts & Supplier Governance Assistant Manager serves as a key enabler of effective contract management, supplier governance, and procurement compliance across the UK&I; business. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end contract lifecycle, supporting supplier onboarding and governance activities, and ensuring adherence to contractual, regulatory, and risk management requirements.
Acting as a central point of coordination between business stakeholders, Procurement, Risk, Finance, and suppliers,
the ‘Assistant Manager’ drives operational excellence through robust governance, process optimization, reporting, and continuous improvement. The role ensures that third-party engagements are managed efficiently, risks are mitigated, and supplier relationships deliver sustainable value and strategic business outcomes.
Your key responsibilities:
Manage contract and supplier governance mailboxes, providing guidance and coordinating contract requests through to execution.
Draft, review, negotiate, and administer supplier contracts while ensuring compliance with procurement and governance requirements.
Oversee contract execution processes, including approvals, DocuSign workflows, and maintenance of executed agreements.
Maintain contract repositories, lifecycle trackers, renewals, and audit-ready documentation.
Support supplier onboarding, vendor enablement, and supplier due diligence activities.
