Key responsibilities include:
End-to-end recruitment & onboarding
Sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates
Employee attendance & payroll inputs
Employee relations and HR operations
Store-level HR coordination
Supporting HR compliance and training
Active travel between retail outlets may be required
