About Opportunity

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Manager – HR Operations to manage end-to-end HR operational processes and ensure an exceptional employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle. This role will be responsible for onboarding, background verification (BGV), employee documentation, HR data management, analytics, compliance, process improvements, and employee engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate should possess solid operational excellence, stakeholder management, and analytical capabilities while maintaining high standards of accuracy and confidentiality.

What You'll Do

1.



Employee Onboarding & Pre-Boarding
Manage end-to-end onboarding activities for new hires.
Coordinate pre-joining formalities, documentation collection, offer acceptance tracking, and joining readiness.
Liaise with employees, hiring managers, and support teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
Conduct onboarding orientations and facilitate employee integration into the organization.
Track onboarding metrics and continuously improve the onboarding process.
2. Background Verification (BGV) & Compliance
Initiate and monitor background verification checks for new hires.
Coordinate with external verification vendors and internal stakeholders.
Ensure timely closure of BGV cases and resolution of discrepancies.
Maintain audit-ready records and ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
Support internal and external audits relating to employee records and HR processes.
