Job Description

We are seeking a Manager, ERO Shared Services, to join State Street’s Enterprise Resiliency Office (ERO). The ERO Shared Services team serves as a centralized, multi-skilled execution and support capability that enables the consistent, productive, and scalable delivery of resiliency activities across the organization. Acting as an implementation and assurance engine, the team supports Operational Resilience, Business Continuity, Crisis Management, Testing & Exercising, Third-Party Resilience, and Risk & Compliance programs through structured execution, governance support, reporting, analytics, and process management activities.

In this role, you will support the delivery of key resilience initiatives by partnering with ERO teams, business stakeholders, and subject matter experts across the enterprise. You will help coordinate resiliency activities, maintain critical documentation and evidence, support governance and reporting processes, and contribute to the ongoing enhancement of resilience frameworks and capabilities. You will also play a role in consistency,



standardization, and operational efficiency through the use of common processes, templates, quality assurance practices, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Working across multiple ERO workstreams, you will gain broad exposure to operational resilience disciplines while helping the organization strengthen its ability to prepare for, respond to, and recover from disruptions.
