Role Description The Program Advisor is a full-time, in office role based in Ahmedabad, responsible for guiding prospective learners through Imarticus Learning’s programs and supporting them in choosing the right career pathways. In this position, the Program Advisor will engage with inquiries via calls, messages, and in-person meetings, provide detailed information about courses, curriculum, fees, and career outcomes, and help candidates understand admission requirements and enrollment processes. The role involves maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, following up with leads, coordinating with academic and placement teams, and ensuring a positive experience for learners from initial contact to enrollment. The Program Advisor will also participate in events, information sessions, and outreach activities, while consistently meeting individual and team targets related to conversions and learner satisfaction.
