Role Overview:

We are looking for an Admission Manager who can own admissions and revenue for his/her location. This is not a desk job - you will be on calls, on field, and on target every day.

Your KRA - Only Numbers Matter:

1. Own Revenue Target: Achieve monthly admission target of 20-25 Lakhs.
2. Close Admissions: Handle walk-ins, telephonic counselling, and online leads and convert them into admissions.
3. Lead Funnel Management: Ensure 100% CRM entry, daily follow-ups, and zero lead leakage.
4. Daily Reporting: Submit Daily Sales Report, CRM updates, and collection status to HO.

What We Are Looking For:




- 2-6 years of experience in Admission / Education Sales / EdTech Sales / University Admissions
- Proven track record of achieving 15L+ revenue per month consistently
- Excellent counselling, closing & communication skills [English + Hindi/Regional]
- Hands-on with CRM, Google Sheets, LeadSquared / NoPaperForms
- Self-driven, target-oriented, no-excuse attitude

Salary Structure - For Performers Only:
- Fixed: Rs. 35,000 - Rs. 55,000 per month
- Variable: Up to Rs. 25,000 per month on achieving 100% of admission target
- Lucrative Incentives: 2-4% on every extra admission above target
- Growth: Fast-track promotion to Senior Manager in 6-12 months
