Role Description The Production Manager is a full-time, on-site role based at the Instabiz Solutions facility in Umargam. This role oversees daily production operations, including planning and scheduling, monitoring output, and ensuring that adhesive tapes, sealants, and spray paints are manufactured to quality standards and delivery timelines. The Production Manager coordinates with procurement, maintenance, quality control, and warehouse teams to maintain smooth workflow,



adequate raw material availability, and minimal downtime. Key responsibilities include managing production staff, enforcing safety and compliance procedures, optimizing processes to reduce waste and improve efficiency, and maintaining production documentation and reports. The role also involves supporting continuous improvement initiatives, troubleshooting operational issues, and collaborating with leadership on capacity planning and new product scale-up.
