Open Positions:

? 1 Marathi Telecaller
? 1 Telugu Telecaller
? 1 Gujarati Telecaller

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to farmers/customers as per the assigned database.
Communicate with customers in the required regional language.
Understand customer requirements, queries, and concerns.
Provide basic information about agricultural products/services.
Generate and qualify leads through telecalling.
Record call details, customer responses, and dispositions in the CRM.
Follow up with interested leads and ensure timely communication.
Coordinate with the sales/field team for relevant leads and queries.




Achieve assigned daily/weekly calling and performance targets.
Maintain professionalism and good customer relationships.

We’re Looking For:

✔️ Good communication skills in the respective language
✔️ Confident and friendly personality
✔️ Comfortable with making calls and following up
✔️ Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome
✔️ Prior experience in agriculture/agri-inputs/agritech will be a robust plus.
