Role Description The Flights Ticketing role at Exciting Tales is a full-time, in office position based in the Greater Kolkata Area. In this role, the team member will assist customers with searching, selecting, and booking domestic and international flight tickets, ensuring accuracy in routes, fares, and schedules. Daily tasks include managing reservations, handling changes and cancellations, coordinating with airlines and travel partners, and providing clear information on ticketing rules and travel requirements. The role also involves responding to customer inquiries,



resolving ticketing or payment issues, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of airline policies and promotions, and documenting all bookings and communications in internal systems. Collaboration with colleagues in customer service and travel planning is expected to deliver a seamless end-to-end travel experience.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to handle queries calmly and clearly in person, over phone, and via digital channels.
