The job, honestly
Our best marketing is already happening without us, customers film in our stores unprompted, every day. Nobody owns that energy. You will.

And it's a two-speed job. Four days a week you're making fast, scrappy, phone-shot content that keeps our internet alive. The fifth day you're in a pre-production meeting arguing about a shot list for a film that will define how India sees this brand. You need to enjoy both.

What you'll own

Brand voice — how we sound everywhere: captions, comments, DMs, scripts
The always-on engine — 20–30 pieces a week across Reels and Shorts, mostly shot by you
Brand films — end to end with production houses: brief, treatment, budget, casting, shoot, post
Creators — hundreds of nano/micro for reach and trust, a handful of macro for cultur
