Role Description The Nursing Instructor will deliver high-quality, exam-focused teaching for competitive nursing exams, including AIIMS NORCET, ESIC, and RRB Staff Nurse. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and delivering lectures, creating and updating curriculum content, preparing practice questions and mock tests, and providing clarification on complex nursing and clinical concepts. The role also involves mentoring learners,



tracking their progress, offering feedback, and collaborating with the academic team to improve course materials and teaching methods. This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area, requiring regular classroom or center-based instruction and occasional workshops or review sessions.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Nursing and Nursing Education, with the ability to explain concepts clearly and align teaching with competitive exam requirements.
Expertise in Medicine and Critical Care Medicine to integrate clinical reasoning and real-world scenarios into exam-focused instruction.
Competence in Curriculum Development, including designing lesson plans, assessments, and study materials tailored to Indian nursing competitive exams.
Recognized nursing qualification (e.g., B.Sc Nursing or M.Sc Nursing) and valid registration with the appropriate nursing council.
