About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Manager to own and scale our paid acquisition efforts across digital channels. The role is focused exclusively on performance marketing, paid media, campaign optimization, customer acquisition, and measurable revenue growth.
The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience managing performance campaigns, optimizing budgets, analyzing campaign data, and driving measurable improvements in ROAS, CAC, CPL, conversion rates, and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

Paid Media & Campaign Management
Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant paid channels.
Develop campaign structures based on acquisition objectives, audience segments, funnel stages, and business goals.
Manage campaign budgets and ensure efficient allocation of advertising spend.




Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance data and business outcomes.
Manage audience targeting, retargeting, lookalike audiences, keyword strategies, placements, bidding, and budget allocation.

Performance Optimization
Monitor key performance metrics including ROAS, CAC, CPL, CPA, CTR, CPC, CPM, conversion rate, and revenue contribution.
Identify underperforming campaigns and implement data-driven optimization strategies.
Conduct A/B testing across creatives, audiences, landing pages, ad copies, offers, and campaign structures.
Scale high-performing campaigns while maintaining acquisition efficiency.
Identify opportunities to improve conversion rates and reduce customer acquisition costs.

Analytics & Attribution
Analyze campaign and funnel performance using tools such as Google Analytics 4, Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, Looker Studio, and other analytics platforms.
