Role Description The AI R&D; Lead / Founder's AI Right Hand is a full-time remote role responsible for driving AI-focused research, experimentation, and product innovation across DigeeSell’s digital services.



This role involves designing and implementing AI models and tools to optimize digital marketing, e-commerce workflows, and business analytics, while closely collaborating with the founder on strategic initiatives. Day-to-day tasks include structuring and executing R&D; projects, conducting experiments and evaluations, documenting findings, and translating research outcomes into practical solutions for internal teams and clients. The role also includes coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders, preparing clear communication on AI capabilities and roadmaps, and ensuring ethical, secure, and scalable use of AI technologies within the organization.
Qualifications
