Responsibilities include sourcing and screening candidates, conducting initial interviews, coordinating interviews, candidate follow-ups, maintaining recruitment data, and working with hiring teams on staffing requirements.
Requirements:
2–5 years of US IT recruitment experience
Strong sourcing and screening skills
Experience with LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job portals
Good understanding of US staffing and work authorization types
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work in the US night shift
