Trane Technologies ITC is seeking an experienced Oracle Technical Solution Lead to lead the design, development, integration, and modernization of enterprise solutions across Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) R12.2, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC),



and Oracle Fusion Cloud. This role will provide technical leadership for complex Oracle initiatives, partner closely with business and IT stakeholders, and help drive scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions that support enterprise transformation.
Key Responsibilities
Lead technical design, development, and integration across Oracle EBS R12.2, OIC, and Oracle Fusion Cloud.
Drive delivery using Lean Agile practices to improve predictability, team velocity, and business value realization.
Champion DevSecOps and continuous improvement practices across the SDLC, with measurable gains in deployment frequency, release quality, lead time, and environment resiliency.
Promote Test-Driven Development (TDD) to improve code reliability, increase quality, and reduce rework
Partner with business, architecture, and delivery teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions
