Role Description The Business Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune District. This role focuses on identifying and onboarding current location partners and clients, including production houses, brands, agencies, and content creators.



Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting meetings and presentations, negotiating commercial terms, and closing deals that expand the platform’s supply of premium spaces and demand from creative professionals. The Business Development Manager will build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders, track performance metrics, and collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to enhance service offerings. The role also involves market research, competitor analysis, and participation in industry events to drive growth and strengthen the company’s presence in the creative and events ecosystem.
