nWe are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with a strong understanding of the hospitality industry, OTA ecosystem, and hotel technology landscape.
nThe ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, building relationships with hotel partners, and driving sustainable revenue growth.
nKey Responsibilities

- Develop and execute business development strategies for the hospitality marketn
- Identify, approach, and onboard hotels and hospitality partnersn
- Build and maintain relationships with hotel owners, General Managers, Revenue Managers, and other key decision-makersn
- Manage the complete sales cycle — from prospecting and product presentations to commercial negotiations and closuren
- Identify strategic partnerships and new market opportunitiesn
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and consistently work towards defined revenue targetsn
- Work closely with internal product, operations,



and leadership teams to ensure successful partner onboarding and account growthn
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and developments across the OTA and hotel technology ecosystemn

nExperience & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related disciplinen
- MBA/PGDM is preferred but not mandatoryn
- 2+ years of relevant experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Partnerships, or Key Account Managementn
- Prior experience within OTA platforms, Hospitality Technology, Hotel SaaS, PMS, CRS, Channel Management, Revenue Management, or related solutions is strongly preferredn
- Robust understanding of hotel distribution, online bookings, and hospitality operationsn
- Demonstrated experience in managing B2B relationships, negotiations, and deal closuresn
- Excellent communication, presentation,
