nMust Have:

- Minimum 2 - 9 years of development industry experience with exposure to complete life cycle of development at least once on CLP/RPG/RPGLE on commercial applications.n
- Extensive Knowledge of AS400 technology (RPGLE, CLLE, DB2), ILE which also means working knowledge of modular programming in ILE-RPG including Modules, Service Programs etc.n
- Appreciation and knowledge of effort estimation, Unit Testing. Should be experienced in writing comprehensive Unit Test Cases / Plans. Able to execute & coordinate SIT & UAT with another vendor and Project Implementationn
- Knowledge of trouble shooting during various phases of developmentn
- Reasonable working experience of coding new (and changing) complex CL programs.n
- Knowledge of DB2 concepts and associated methodologies.n
- Should have good English communication and experience in multi culture work environment.n
