The ideal candidate combines deep WordPress expertise with a robust understanding of performance marketing, SEO, and marketing automation integrations.

- Own end-to-end development, maintenance, and optimisation of the company website built on WordPressn
- Build and deploy high-converting campaign landing pages with fast load times and mobile-first designn
- Develop custom WordPress themes and plugins tailored to marketing requirementsn
- Implement tracking, tag management, and analytics solutions (Google Tag Manager, GA4, Meta Pixel)n
- Integrate the website with CRM, marketing automation, and lead capture tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Mailchimp, etc.)n
- Ensure website security, uptime (99.9%+),



and performance including Core Web Vitals compliancen
- Collaborate with the UI/UX designer to implement designs with pixel-perfect accuracyn
- Lead code reviews, technical documentation, and CI/CD pipeline managementn
- Mentor junior WordPress developers and provide technical directionn

- 7–10 years of WordPress development experience, with advanced custom theme and plugin development skillsn
- Expert proficiency in PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript / jQueryn
- Experience with page builders such as Elementor, Divi, or Gutenberg block editorn
- Strong understanding of website performance optimisation, caching, and CDN configurationn
- Experience integrating RESTful APIs and third-party marketing/CRM platformsn
- Familiarity with MySQL database management and query optimisationn
- Version control proficiency (Git) and experience with CI/CD pipelinesn
