nWe are looking for a proactive, articulate and well-organized professional who can take ownership of HR coordination, Talent Acquisition and office operations
nLocation: Ahmedabad, Gujarat
nPosition: HR Operations and Admin Executive
nEmployment: Full time, Work from Office (3pm - 12am)
nExperience: 2–4 Years
nSalary: Competitive / As per experience
nYOUR ROLE
nHR & People Coordination

- n
- Support recruitment, interview scheduling and employee onboarding.n
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave and HR documentation.n
- Coordinate joining formalities and employee communication.n




- Assist with payroll inputs and routine HR activities.n
- Support employee engagement and internal coordination.n

nTalent Acquisition Support

- n
- Provide administrative and coordination support across the recruitment lifecycle.n
- Interview scheduling, candidate communication, and reporting support for smooth and timely recruitment operations.n
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) with candidate informationn
- Communicate with candidates regarding interview logistics, feedback, and next steps.n
- Maintain process adherence and a consistent candidate experiencen
- Customer service orientation with ability to engage candidates professionally and courteouslyn

nOffice & Administration

- Oversee smooth day-to-day office operations.n
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers and external stakeholders.n
- Coordinate meetings, appointments and internal activities.n
