- Collaborate with teams of varying expertise to solve complex problemsn
- Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills for dynamic discussions with engineering, product, and business partnersn
- Configure and customize data processes, including pipeline development, warehousing, reporting, and third-party integrationsn
- Manage data imports and transfers across various systemsn
- Create technical documentation, and guide process users through workshops and demosn




- Drive data engineering projects, managing requirements, development, and production releasesn
- Lead a team of data and analytics engineers to deliver solutions for multiple business unitsn

nMust Have:

- 5+ years of experience as a Data Engineer.n
- Proficiency with Snowflake SQL, Python, and data engineering design patterns.n
- Excellent communication skills, including teaching/mentoring team members.n
- Robust collaboration skills with the ability to work independentln

- Experience with Matillion, Gen AI, and Streamsets.n
- Automation/integration experience with data engineering tools.n
