nKey Responsibilities

- Develop, configure, customize, and maintain ServiceNow applications.n
- Work on ITSM modules and FSO business processes.n
- Hands-on experience with Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management.n
- Develop solutions using Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, ACLs, and Flow Designer.n
- Build and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub.n
- Analyze requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow solutions.n
- Perform troubleshooting, debugging, testing, and deployment activities.n




- Follow ServiceNow best practices and coding standards.n

nRequired Skills

- n
- 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow Development experience.n
- Solid experience in ServiceNow ITSM and FSO (Financial Services Operations).n
- Good knowledge of JavaScript, Glide Record, scripting, Flow Designer/workflows.n
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations and APIs.n
- Good understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and configuration.n
- Banking / Insurance / Financial Services domain experience is preferred.n
