nAnoud Technologies is looking for an experienced Technical Lead – Full Stack to join our Chennai team. In this role, you'll drive the technical direction of our products, lead a team of engineers, and stay hands-on with architecture, code, and delivery. NWhat You'll Do

- Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable full stack applications built on Java and Oracle technologies N
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of full stack developers N
- Own architecture decisions, code quality standards, and best practices across the stack N
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and QA to translate requirements into technical solutions N
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards, security, and performance benchmarks N




- Drive sprint planning, estimations, and technical roadmaps N
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the application stack N
- Evaluate and introduce current tools, frameworks, and technologies to improve engineering efficiency N
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality software in an agile environment N

nWhat We're LookingFor

- n
- 6+ years of experience in full stack development, with at least 1–2 years in a technical leadership role N
- Strong hands-on expertise in Core Java, J2EE, Spring / Spring Boot, and related frameworks N
- Strong experience with Oracle Database — PL/SQL, query optimization, stored procedures, and performance tuning N
- Working knowledge of frontend technologies (e.G., Angular, React, or JSP/JSF) to guide full stack decisions N
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, web services (SOAP/REST), and microservices architecture N
