nKey Responsibilities

- n
- Manage, configure, and support Apple Mac devices using MDM solutions. N
- Provide L2/L3 support for macOS device management, security, and compliance issues. N
- Deploy applications, policies, configuration profiles, and security controls across managed devices. N
- Perform device enrollment, provisioning, compliance monitoring, and lifecycle management. N
- Troubleshoot complex macOS, application, and device management issues. N
- Work closely with IT, Security, and Operations teams to ensure a seamless user experience. N
- Create and maintain technical documentation and standard operating procedures. N

nDeep understanding of macOS administration and troubleshooting.
