· 8 to 15 + Years of experience in workplace services – Service desk, EUC, Onsite support .

- Experience actingas domain or solution architect for EUC services N
- Exposure to large, distributed enterprise environments N
- Prior hands‐on deliveryexperience in Service Desk, EUC Engineering, or Onsite Support is a plus N
n· Ability to work efficiently within a rapid-paced, deadline-driven environment, prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and communicate challenges or issues proactively.>
