nWe are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate will act as the first point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

n Key Responsibilities:
n Must-have:

- n
- 2+ years current US Mortgage Underwriting experiencen
- Strong Non-QM + DSCR underwriting experiencen
- Experience with DSCR calculations n




- Alternative income/documentation: Bank Statement, Asset Depletion, ITIN, 1099, P&L; Only n
- Knowledge of investor/secondary-market guidelines n
- Exposure to DU / LP n
- Graduate in any disciplinen
- Willing to work from office in Navi Mumbai n

n Positive-to-have:
n
- n
- ATR/QM, TRID, RESPA, TILA, HMDA, HOEPA knowledgen
- Manual underwritingn
- Post-closing/audit experiencen
- Experience handling complex income, credit, asset and collateral analysisn
