Job Description Virtual Drive Location-Chennai EXP-10 to 15 yrs Skill-Cisco Data Network Engineer/SME/Architect with specialization in Network Tools Drive Date-9/9/2026 Responsibilities - Detect, troubleshoot, and resolve network issues (latency, packet loss, downtime). - Configure alerts and notifications for system anomalies. - Analyze logs and performance metrics to identify trends and potential issues. - Ensure network uptime and service availability (24/7 monitoring in NOC environments). - Work with IT teams to resolve incidents and perform root cause analysis. - Generate reports on network performance and incidents. - Maintain documentation of network configurations and monitoring processes. - Implement and maintain monitoring dashboards. - Expertise in Network Monitoring tools. - Knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs). - Familiarity with monitoring protocols (SNMP, NetFlow, ICMP). - Experience with monitoring tools (mentioned above). - Basic understanding of: Wireshark (packet analysis). - Splunk or similar log tools. - Understanding of Linux/Windows systems. - Scripting knowledge (Python, Bash) is a plus.
