- Build and manage a strong pipeline across small, mid-market, and enterprise clientsn




- Lead full sales cycles for hardware, software, cloud services, and managed IT supportn
- Understand customer needs and position TecSight’s solutions effectivelyn
- Collaborate with technical teams to create tailored proposalsn
- Drive opportunities across digital workplace, hybrid IT, and Gen-AI servicesn
- Develop long-term relationships with IT heads, CIOs, and business stakeholdersn
- Achieve quarterly revenue targets and support overall business growthn
- Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline reportingn

nWhat We’re Looking For

- n
- 1-3+ years of experience in IT Services & Solutions sales (hardware, software, or IT Infrastructure Managed services, Cloud )n
- Strong communication skills with a consultative selling skillsn
- Ability to translate enterprise IT challenges into effective solutionsn
- Proven experience managing end-to-end sales cyclesn
- Relationship-oriented, with a solid customer-firs
