Job Summary We are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer with solid expertise in video, motion, and static creatives to lead execution across performance marketing and brand storytelling. You will own end-to-end creative delivery from brief to final output while mentoring a team of 3–4 designers. This role requires a hands-on creative thinker who can drive ideation, ensure high-quality execution, and scale performance-driven creatives across paid, email, web, and lifecycle channels in close collaboration with marketing and product teams.



Key Responsibilities ● Own end-to-end design and video execution across paid ads, email, website, landing pages, and e-commerce assets. ● Conceptualize and produce high-performing static, motion, and video creatives (including product videos, explainers, and UGC-style ads) for Meta, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms. ● Translate marketing objectives and performance insights into compelling visual concepts that drive CTR, engagement, and conversions. ● Lead creative ideation for launches, campaigns, and growth initiatives, continuously testing new formats, hooks, and trends. ● Mentor and review a small design team, ensuring high creative standards, efficient workflows, and on-time delivery. ● Collaborate cross-functionally with performance, content, product, and growth teams to align creative with business goals. ● Ensure brand consistency, accuracy, and final creative QA befo
