Key Responsibilities:




Manage all aspects of our production infrastructure, including monitoring, alerting, investigating and resolving infrastructure challenges. Initiate and track vendor interactions, handle escalations to engineering, and create bug tickets for other platform teams as necessary.
Execute production changes, manage deployments, and oversee patching pipelines.
Participate in a rotating on-call schedule every 4 to 6 weeks, providing support and rapid response to production issues.
Contribute to a variety of platform tools and automations, engage in infrastructure lifecycle management, cost control efforts, and support numerous other systems and services.
Research and evaluate production alert trends, develop recommendations, and implement improvements to enhance system performance and reliability.
Work closely with Product Management to ensure that frequent, incremental changes align with customer success goals.
