BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 7+ years relevant Program/Project Management experience
- Proven ability to apply advanced project and program management skills, tools and techniques to project deliverables, processes, communications and presentations
- Effectively utilize current project planning, reporting and support tools (e.g. project management software)
- Strong communicator with ability to build and develop relationships with multiple stakeholder groups to deliver expected perks
- Outcome oriented with the ability to drill down from the big picture to process details
- Demonstrated ability to understand and manage business and/or technical requirements and processes
- Demonstrated ability to effectively translate user feedback into business requirements
- Ability to independently multi-task and manage competing projects and priorities




- Strong attention to detail while maintaining big picture view to ensure alignment across disciplines and stakeholder groups
- Ability to identify and support readiness activities needed for successful implementation of initiatives
- Ability to work in a fast paced, evolving culture requiring adaptability and flexibility in work efforts and behaviors
- Advanced experience with agile and waterfall project methodology
- Advanced knowledge of project lifecycle
