What You Will Be Doing:
- Managing the end-to-end image data operations, including, analysis, quality control and delivery of imaging data.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define imaging protocols and ensure alignment with study objectives.
- Implementing quality assurance processes to ensure the accuracy and integrity of imaging data.
- Training and mentoring team members on imaging best practices and operational procedures.
- Monthly review of study status, risks/mitigations, timelines and quality trends.
- Manage team: Onboarding, Training, Performance management, Mentoring Etc
- Monitoring industry trends and advancements in imaging technology to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Your Profile:
- Degree in radiology, biomedical sciences,



or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
- Significant experience in imaging operations within clinical research or healthcare settings.
- Robust understanding of imaging technologies, data management, and regulatory requirements.
- Minimum of 2+ years of direct line management experience including, performance management
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
