Key Responsibilities:
- Academic Counseling : Provide guidance to students on course selection, program options, and career pathways based on their academic goals, strengths, and interests.
- Individualized Support : Offer one-on-one counseling to help students overcome academic challenges, manage workloads, and improve performance.
- Admissions Guidance : Assist prospective students with admission requirements, procedures, and provide clarity on university programs, ensuring a smooth transition into university life.
- Develop Educational Plans : Work with students to create personalized academic plans, ensuring that their chosen courses align with both university requirements and personal aspirations.
- Student Engagement : Foster solid relationships with students by maintaining open lines of communication, offering motivation and support, and addressing concerns related to academics or university life.
- Monitor Student Progress : Track the academic progress of students, identifying those who may need additional help or resources and referring them to relevant support services.




- Workshops and Seminars : Conduct workshops and group counseling sessions on academic skills, time management, career exploration, and university policies.
- Collaboration : Work closely with faculty, admissions, and administrative departments to ensure students receive comprehensive support and relevant information regarding their academic needs.
- Conflict Resolution : Act as a mediator in resolving academic-related issues, helping students navigate academic probation, course withdrawals, or other challenges.
- Record Keeping : Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student interactions, counseling sessions, academic plans, and progress reports using university CRM systems or student databases.
