Franchisee/Vendor Monitoring & Evaluation
- Monitor and evaluate franchise/ground technician teams for safety, preventive maintenance (PM), break-fix activities, and training to ensure optimal equipment performance.
Routine Inspections and Preventive Maintenance
- Conduct regular inspections of HVAC and DC Hall thermal equipment to identify issues.
- Perform proactive maintenance tasks such as lubrication, adjustments, and replacing worn components.
Troubleshooting and Diagnostics
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical and HVAC system malfunctions promptly using specialized diagnostic tools and technical expertise.
Repairs and Replacements
- Perform repairs and replace defective parts or components to restore equipment to optimal working condition.
