Job description
- We are in the process of identifying a suitable candidate for the role of Territory Manager - Chhattisgarh. This position will be at work level 4, based in Raipur and will report to the Regional Sales Manager.

Key responsibilities (or What you can expect in the role)
- Full Responsibility and Ownership of the Aftermarket business in the respective region.
- Daily coordination with Distributors retailers and make sure that smooth transactions.
- Market visit based on the allotted task which is related to demand generation activities
- Appointing managing the Distributors (New and Existing).
- Achieving the sales target of the region planning for sales development of existing New areas.
- Monthly Distributor Score Card review
- Mentoring and guiding his FSRs follow company SOP s and implement in the field.
- Manage escalations related to receivables from Distributor
- Understand company s vision/Mission/Goals and take action in that direction to create right output.
- Create transparent and effective communication among the team.




- Ability to understand and analyse data effective utilization of data to drive objectives.

- 100% Task compliance
- Increasing trend of percentage of successful task closures
- 100% SOP compliance by Distributors (DSC Score 100%)
- No distributor in credit lock

Education Experience -
- B.E / B. Tech OR Any Graduate with MBA
- Experience of 5 - 8 years in frontline Retail sales and Distributor management
- Industry - Manufacturing /Engineering firms, Auto components, oil, batteries, OEMs
