We are seeking an experienced HCM Fusion Project Manager with deep technical expertise in the Oracle Fusion SaaS platform. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in HCM implementation projects, data conversions, and hands-on configuration, with the ability to manage and lead a team through end-to-end project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end HCM Fusion implementation and enhancement projects.
- Utilize strong technical knowledge of Oracle Fusion SaaS platform to provide effective solutions.
- Oversee data loading activities using HDL (HCM Data Loader), Spreadsheet Data Loader, and other tools.
- Perform hands-on development and configuration of Fusion HCM business objects and flexfields.
- Execute mass updates and manage Fusion Personalizations across modules.
- Provide expert support on Core HR, Workforce Deployment, and Development modules.
- Drive data conversions, inbound/outbound interfaces, and reporting using BIP and RDF templates.
- Write and review complex Fast Formulas tailored to client needs.




- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop comprehensive as-is/to-be and technical specification documents.
- Analyze, design, and develop robust integration and conversion strategies.
- Provide day-to-day support for ongoing system maintenance, issue resolution, and optimization.
- Manage a cross-functional team, ensuring alignment across technical and functional domains.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Fusion SaaS platform.
- Proficient in HDL , Spreadsheet Data Loader , and data conversion techniques .
- Deep knowledge of Fusion HCM Business Objects , Flexfields , and Mass Updates .
- Expertise in Fusion Personalizations and Fast Formula creation.
- Solid experience in implementation, support, and ticket resolution in Core HR modules.
- Skilled in developing technical specifications , as-is and to-be documentation .
