Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of Power ICs including voltage regulators, linear and switching DC-DC converters.
- Own the complete product lifecycle from specifications to production release.
- Architect ICs from system-level requirements and drive block-level design and integration.
- Design and develop switching converters, charge pumps, LDOs, temperature sensors, ADCs, and other analog components.
- Ensure high-performance control loop design, including compensation and optimization for performance and reliability.
- Conduct root cause analysis, silicon debug, and validation to ensure first-time-right silicon.
- Lead the layout planning and implementation with attention to FET layout, noise isolation, and performance trade-offs.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure integration of ICs into larger systems.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers in analog design practices and quality standards.
- Define and implement design flows, methodologies, and review processes to ensure consistent delivery.
