Required Qualifications
- Educational Background : Bachelor's degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, or a related field.
- Experience : Minimum of 1–2 years of hands-on experience in laboratory settings, particularly with immunoassay techniques like ELISA.
- Technical Skills : Proficiency in laboratory techniques, data analysis software (e.g., SoftMax, StatLIA), and Microsoft Office Suite
- Regulatory Knowledge : Familiarity with GLP, GMP, and other relevant regulatory standards.
- Soft Skills : Attention to detail, robust organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
