Operational support for Network and Security related issues – Incidents, Problems, Changes, Service Requests
Provide required support to Internal Controls, internal and external audits on Network Services
Network Capacity Monitoring, Planning and Upgrades/ Downgrades, as needed LAN and WLAN Security
Support to internal initiatives/ projects involving Network (LAN, WAN, Network Security)
Continuous Process Improvement on Network, Network Optimization and Security Initiatives
Positive understanding of ITIL Processes such as – Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Asset/ Configuration Management, Service Reporting IT & Security Audits and Support.
