Job description
Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from understanding client requirements to candidate onboarding. This includes job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating offers, and ensuring a smooth transition for the selected candidates.
- Sourcing Strategy: Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to identify and engage with passive and active candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, referrals, and networking events.
- Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to provide insights and recommendations for enhancing the recruitment process.
- Candidate Assessment: Conduct thorough interviews and technical assessments to evaluate candidates' technical skills, cultural fit, and suitability for the client's requirements.
- Client Collaboration: Be part of cadence call with the clients to understand their specific needs, provide regular updates on the recruitment progress,



and build strong relationships to ensure a deep understanding of their business and expectations.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates to ensure a consistent flow of qualified candidates for current and future requirements.
- Negotiation and Offer Management: Manage salary negotiations and offer extension processes, ensuring both candidate and client satisfaction.
- Networking Skills : Should have a well-established network within the IT industry. They should be able to tap into their existing referral network to identify potential candidates quickly for hard to fill roles.
- Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all candidate interactions and recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Team Collaboration: Foster a team-oriented and inclusive team culture, promoting innovation and continuous improvement. Conduct regular performance reviews,
