Responsibilities:
Branch-Level Activities:
- Manage and oversee the Gold Loan portfolio of the branch, ensuring effective utilization and growth.
- Lead all branch activities to drive business growth including loan disbursement, cash management, vault keeping, customer service, and compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with the team to drive field marketing activities, promoting gold loan schemes and enhancing brand visibility.

Team Leadership:
- Coach, mentor, and provide timely feedback to branch employees, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Facilitate training sessions to enhance employee skills and career development.

Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare accurate and timely reports on branch performance and operational metrics.
- Use data insights for identifying areas of improvement and making strategic decisions to grow the Gold Loan business in the catchment area.

Customer Engagement:
- Implement customer engagement strategies to acquire new customers and improve retention.
- Assist clients throughout their gold loan financing journey,



addressing their needs and concerns promptly.

Business Quality Performance:
- Maintain and enhance the quality of the gold loan portfolio by driving growth actions.
- Ensure timely and effective collection efforts and manage provisions for NPAs to maintain branch financial health and compliance.

Valuation and Compliance:
- Maintain accurate valuation of gold ornaments pledged, ensuring compliance with company policies and audit standards.
- Verify weight and purity assessments using methods like acid and salt test, scratch test, weight test, smell test, flexibility test, and sound test.
- Ensure proper storage and safety of gold and cash assets in branch vaults.

Risk Management:
- Ensure branch operations follow compliance norms related to opening and closing procedures.
- Oversee and validate safe operations by designated employees, maintaining strict adherence to company policies.
