About the Job

Role Overview:
As a Inside Sales Specialist at Kompass India, you will sell our B2B data and marketing solutions to Indian businesses looking to expand domestically and internationally. You will help clients generate qualified leads, find new customers, and grow their revenue using Kompass’ global database and tools. This is a target-driven, incentive-led sales role.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and contact prospective B2B clients via calls, emails, and social media
- Present Kompass solutions (data, marketing, and lead-generation services) to decision-makers
- Qualify prospects, understand their business needs, and propose suitable packages
- Schedule and conduct online/onsite demos or meetings and drive closures
- Maintain a solid sales pipeline and update CRM / reports with daily activities
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets
- Build long-term relationships with clients and upsell/cross-sell when relevant

Must‑Have Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales / inside sales / telesales (Media, IT, SaaS, marketing,



or data solutions preferred)
- Strong communication skills in English; Hindi, Marathi and Gujrati is a plus
- Comfortable with outbound calling, cold calling, and working on clear sales targets
- Ability to work full-time from our Mumbai office (Goregaon East, Mumbai )
- Basic proficiency with CRM / sales tools (Excel, Google Sheets, etc.)
