Helios Concrew is actively seeking technically proficient and highly motivated engineers to join our South India Division. As a manufacturer and exporter of comprehensive pharmaceutical packaging and processing solutions—ranging from Blister Packing Machines (Blister King) and Cartoning Machines (CartoKing) to complete OSD production lines—we require dedicated service professionals to ensure the flawless operation of our equipment at client sites. This role focuses on the installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of our pharmaceutical machinery portfolio.
Core Responsibilities
Execute in office installation, integration, and commissioning of pharmaceutical processing and packaging machinery across the South India region.
Perform routine preventive maintenance and rapid-response troubleshooting for high-speed tablet presses, capsule fillers, high shear mixers, fluid bed dryers,
and blister/carton packaging equipment.
Provide direct technical support to clients, ensuring equipment operates strictly within expected parameters and complies with cGMP and FDA manufacturing standards.
Conduct hands-on training sessions for client operators and plant technicians regarding machine operation, safety protocols, and daily maintenance procedures.
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and PLC-based issues on-site, minimizing downtime and optimizing production efficiency.
Document all service interventions, maintenance logs, and site acceptance tests (SAT) accurately for internal tracking and customer compliance records.
Qualifications & Experience Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, or Mechatronics.
