Role Description The Senior Admissions Counselor is a full-time, on-site role based in Chandigarh. This role involves guiding prospective students through the admissions process, including responding to inquiries, explaining programs and certifications, and conducting consultations to understand candidate goals. The Senior Admissions Counselor will manage leads, follow up with prospective learners, and support conversions through structured counseling and sales activities. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate records in admissions systems, coordinating with academic and operations teams, and ensuring a professional, learner-centered experience.

Qualifications
Must be 25 years or above
Solid Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills to engage effectively with diverse prospective students and stakeholders.
Service abilities to provide responsive, supportive, and solution-focused admissions counseling.




Skills to manage leads, conduct admissions presentations, and meet enrollment ethically and transparently.
Education-related experience or understanding of fitness education programs to clearly explain course structures, certifications, and career pathways.
Relevant experience in admissions, counseling, or student services, preferably within education, fitness, or training sectors.
Proficiency in using CRM or admissions management tools and basic office software for tracking and reporting.
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple inquiries and timelines.
Graduate degree in any discipline; specialization in counseling related fields is an advantage.
